Discount for early payment on EFT of all government charges
Some payments, like Council rates, Land tax, Water rates are required to be paid quarterly. Offer a discount for early upfront payment if paid by EFT.

Reduce Land Tax For Employers
The Employer with Land tax liability should have the ability to reduce its liability based on the number of employees or new employees. On property holdings above $1.052m, then land tax payable is 3.7%, higher than other states.
